This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the access to, downloading of, installation of, and use of Dirt & Diamonds (the “Mod”), an original modification created and owned by MrInvisibleYT (the “Creator”). By downloading, installing, executing, distributing, showcasing, or otherwise making use of the Mod in any manner whatsoever, you (the “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by every term set forth herein.
Definitions
1.1 “The Mod” refers to Dirt & Diamonds in its entirety, including but not limited to its code, assets, textures, models, configurations, and any associated files distributed by the Creator.
1.2 “Use” shall mean any act of downloading, installing, running, modifying, displaying, recording, streaming, redistributing, or incorporating the Mod, in whole or in part, into any other work or platform.
1.3 “Attribution” shall mean the explicit, clearly visible, and good-faith acknowledgment of both the Creator’s name, MrInvisibleYT, and the Creator’s official YouTube channel, located at youtube.com/@MrInvisiblexYT.
Grant of Limited Permission
2.1 The Creator grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and conditional permission to use the Mod, strictly subject to full and continuous compliance with the conditions enumerated in this Agreement.
2.2 This permission is not a transfer of ownership. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Mod remain the sole and exclusive property of the Creator at all times.
Mandatory Attribution
3.1 No person or entity is permitted to Use the Mod without providing explicit Attribution to the Creator.
3.2 Such Attribution must, at minimum, clearly state (a) the Creator’s name, MrInvisibleYT, and (b) the Creator’s official YouTube channel, youtube.com/@MrInvisiblexYT, in any context where the Mod is shown, distributed, referenced, or otherwise made available to others.
3.3 Attribution must be presented in a manner that is honest, conspicuous, and not misleading, and must not imply endorsement by or affiliation with the Creator beyond the use expressly permitted herein.
Prohibited Conduct
4.1 The User shall not redistribute, re-upload, repackage, sell, or claim authorship of the Mod, in whole or in part, while omitting the required Attribution.
4.2 The User shall not remove, obscure, alter, or falsify any copyright notice, credit, or identifying information contained within or accompanying the Mod.
Reservation of Rights & Enforcement
5.1 Any Use of the Mod in violation of this Agreement — including, most particularly, the failure to provide the Attribution required under Section 3 — shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and an infringement of the Creator’s rights.
5.2 In the event of such violation, the Creator expressly reserves, and shall retain, every right available to seek remedy, including but not limited to filing reports, takedown requests, and copyright-infringement claims through the appropriate platforms and channels.
5.3 The Creator’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement on any given occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to enforce that or any other provision thereafter.
Acceptance & Consent
6.1 By downloading the Mod, the User affirmatively and knowingly consents to each and every term of this Agreement.
6.2 If the User does not agree to these terms in full, the User must not download, install, or Use the Mod in any way.
Disclaimer
7.1 The Mod is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Creator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Mod.
